2025 was our first year in the art scene. With modest means but great passion, we established ourselves:
Our First Exhibitions
Discovery Art Fair Cologne – April 2025 Our first participation in a professional art fair – an important step to introduce our artists to a broader audience. This fair became the door opener for everything that came next.
Africa Fashion Week Cologne – Following our successful appearance at the Discovery Art Fair, we received an invitation to the Africa Fashion Week. Although the exhibition of artworks was not the main focus here, it was a valuable opportunity to support another initiative that promotes African fashion internationally – and in doing so, to present our artists in an interdisciplinary context.
First Award
One of our artists Joseph Egheosa Ifada received an award at the 39th Chelsea International Fine Art Competition – an early proof that the quality of our artists deserves international recognition.
Our Appearance at the Discovery Art Fair Cologne Opened Several Doors:
- Invitation to the Art World Fair Paris for 2026 – one of Europe's most prestigious art fairs. This invitation is a direct result of our professional presentation in Cologne.
- Invitation to the Africa Fashion Week Cologne – an opportunity to showcase our art in an interdisciplinary context and support an initiative that promotes African creativity.
The renowned 1-54 Contemporary Art Fair London signaled high interest in our work and invited us to apply after the Discovery Art Fair Cologne, even though the regular application deadline had already passed.
Additionally, we received an invitation from the renowned online sales platform Artsper to sell our artworks on their website.
Due to a lack of funds, we were unable to take advantage of these decisive steps toward establishment in 2025, which underscores the enormous untapped potential for 2026.
These successes show: Discovery Art Fair Cologne was the right move. Our work is being noticed, valued, and is opening further doors.
